Microbiological analysis of handlers, environments and surfaces is a useful tool that allows us to verify cleaning and disinfection plans with the aim of reducing or eliminating the bacterial load.
The determination of the microbiological parameters, through accredited techniques by rapid methods, allow us to carry out the analysis of food pathogens and indicators of quality and production processes, following the requirements of current legal regulations.

We ensure that the quality of the product meets the required requirements, ensuring and guaranteeing both the safety and the quality of the final product.
All the tests are carried out using standardized work procedures validated from official methods and/or recommendations from international organizations (ISO, AFNOR, AOAC…) specific to each type of matrix.
Our analytical service is subject to rigorous internal control systems under result verification protocols and participation in intercalibration programs accredited by ENAC , which allow us to guarantee the accuracy, precision and quality of our analytical service.
With the aim of expanding our offer of analytical services, CONVET proposes an exchange of information, in order to allocate our efforts to the implementation of new techniques to respond to the future needs of the sector.
