Initiative that aims to provide independent and personalized solutions to the needs of the different sectors related to animal nutrition and public health and meet the increasingly dizzying demand of knowing in situ and immediately the analytical results requested by the departments of quality.

INSTALLATION AND VERIFICATION OF CALIBRATIONS.

Before installing the calibrations, the client must provide CONVET, SL between 5 – 10 OWN samples (10 are recommended) of each of the purchased products, to proceed to their wet analysis, and thus avoid dispersions in the results due to the specificity of the samples. Next, the installation and verification of the calibrations in the new NIR will proceed.

DEVELOPMENT OF CALIBRATIONS.

1. SOLID PRODUCTS

The development of a calibration depends on the parameters to be calibrated (protein, fiber…). Once defined, we will need 60 – 70 samples analyzed by the wet method. Once we have the analytical values, we will obtain the equations of each of the requested parameters.

2. LIQUID PRODUCTS.

OBSERVATIONS:

Calibrations need maintenance. The periodicity of the maintenance will be at least annually, although if at any time a certain dispersion is observed in the analytical ranges (high SEP, high GH values, etc…) it will be necessary to proceed with a calibration adjustment.

The services offered within the maintenance are:

      • Treatment of the generated spectra.
      • Treatment of outlier spectra.
      • Calibration settings.
      • Remote maintenance of the analyzer status (RINA software license required).
      • Sending of verification patterns (every 4 months) and adjustment of equations.

CONVET SL has collaborated in the creation and development of CCN – NIR CALIBRATION CENTER to satisfy the needs of our clients.

Initiative that aims to provide independent and personalized solutions to the needs of the different sectors related to animal nutrition and public health and meet the increasingly dizzying demand of knowing in situ and immediately the analytical results requested by the departments of quality.

INSTALLATION AND VERIFICATION OF CALIBRATIONS.

Before installing the calibrations, the client must provide CONVET, SL between 5 – 10 OWN samples (10 are recommended) of each of the purchased products, to proceed to their wet analysis, and thus avoid dispersions in the results due to the specificity of the samples. Next, the installation and verification of the calibrations in the new NIR will proceed.
