Reg. 1169/2011 Nut. Analysis, declaration of allergens, review and validation of labeling.
Based on the new regulation 1169/2011 and the needs to update the labeling in relation to nutritional requirements and mandatory indications, CONVET Laboratories offers the nutritional analysis and allergen control of its products as well as the service of revision and validation of the labeling from its Department of Consulting and Advice on Food Safety , with the aim of ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements that will soon come into force.
CONVET Laboratories has the personnel and infrastructures with the necessary technology to carry out both the minimum nutritional analysis (energy value, fats, saturated fats, carbohydrates, sugars, salt and allergen statement) that the legislation requires, such as the analysis of the voluntary parameters that can provide added value to its products (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, polyalcohols, starch, dietary fiber, vitamins or minerals).
