CONVET S.L., to meet the needs of our customers has contributed to the creation and development of CCN – NIR CALIBRATION CENTER.
Initiative which aims to give independent solutions and customized to the needs of the various sectors related to animal nutrition and public health and meet the increasingly dizzying demand to know in situ and immediately analytical results requested by the departments of quality.

INSTALLATION AND VERIFICATION OF SETTINGS
Before installing the calibrations, the customer must provide CONVET, S.L. between 5 to 10 OWN samples (are advised 10) of each of the products purchased, to proceed with its analysis by wet, and avoid dispersions in the results due to the specificity of the samples. Then we will proceed to the installation and verification of the new NIR calibrations.

DEVELOPMENT OF CALIBRATIONS

1. BEEN ACCUSTOMED TO PRODUCTS
The development of a calibration depends on the parameters to calibrate (protein, fiber…). Once defined, we will need 60 – 70 samples analyzed by humid route, to the described price previously. Once we have the analytical values, we will obtain the equations of each one of the asked for parameters.

OBSERVATIONS:
The calibrations need a maintenance. The regularity of the maintenance will be like annual minimum
although if, enalgún moment, is observed certain dispersion in the analytical ranks (high SEP, high values of
GH, etc…) it will be to necessary to proceed to an adjustment of the calibration. The maintenance does not include the analyses
that could be necessary for the adjustment of the calibrations, expenses of displacement nor the transport
of the samples.
The services that are offered within the maintenance are:
● Treatment of the generated phantoms.
● Treatment of the phantoms “outliers”.
● Ajustes of the calibration.
● remote Maintenance of the state of the analyzer (it requires software license RINA).
● Shipment of verification patrons (every 4 months) and adjustment of equations.
