400;\">Finalitzada i resolta l&#8217;auditoria interna, una entitat de certificaci\u00f3 realitzar\u00e0 una auditoria externa. El Document d&#8217;Orientaci\u00f3 determina els elements clau per a la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments com a requisits per als programes de gesti\u00f3 de seguretat aliment\u00e0ria i d\u00f3na orientaci\u00f3 per als programes que hi vulguin complir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Constitueix un marc dins del qual els programes de gesti\u00f3 de seguretat aliment\u00e0ria poden avaluar-se comparativament i entre els seus principals objectius hi ha l&#8217;harmonitzaci\u00f3 entre els diferents models de sistemes de gesti\u00f3 de la seguretat aliment\u00e0ria.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=\u00bbQuines difer\u00e8ncies hi ha entre el Frau Alimentari (Food Fraud) la Defensa Aliment\u00e0ria (Food Defense) i la Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria (Food Safety)?\u00bb color=\u00bborange\u00bb custom_font_container=\u00bbtag:h2|font_size:15|text_align:left|line_height:2&#8243;
